Terms of
service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of Special Lady Friend's website. By browsing the site or sending us a message through it, you agree to them.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, browse, listen and share links. Please do not try to break the site, interfere with other visitors, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time.

Booking inquiries and shows

Sending us a message through this site, including through the contact page or a location page, does not create a booking. A show is confirmed only when the band and the venue or client have agreed the details in writing. Dates, set lengths, travel, sound requirements and fees are all part of that separate agreement.

We cannot promise that any listed show date will go ahead. Details can change or be cancelled, and we will update the site when we know.

Our content

The band name, logo, photographs, song list, written content and recordings on this site belong to Special Lady Friend or the people who created them. You may share our pages and use short quotes with credit. Please do not copy the site's imagery or content into your own site, marketing materials or products without asking us first.

Songs we perform remain the property of their writers and publishers. Listing a song here is not a claim of ownership.

What you send us

When you send us a message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to send it. Please do not send confidential material you would not want read by the band members. Our handling of what you send is described in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We may link to venues, ticket pages, other artists or video platforms. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail, including show times and venue information, is current.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Special Lady Friend and its members are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from reliance on what it says. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Sonoma County.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the band's activities change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
